What is the impact for me because of the technical changeover to the new Webshop?
For most customers, nothing changes.
Important: The new Webshop distinguishes between a Login-ID and an e-mail address for communication.
All you must do is assign a new password once at https://shop.lcd-module.de/account/recover.
The Login-ID is used to log in to the shop and will be your unique Login-ID in the future. It is formed in the form of an e-mail address. You can set up an additional email address for this Login-ID that will be used to communicate with you. For example, when sending an order confirmation.
For example, in a purchasing department, you can use a unique Login-ID for each employee and a common e-mail address for communication.

Why can't I register again?
Our Webshop has an interface to our ERP system. The ERP system is the leading system for master data management and order history. Thus, the master data of existing customers are already known to the shop.
If a new registration is not possible because the e-mail address already exists, please use the password reset function (https://shop.lcd-module.de/account/recover) with the already known E-Mail-address.
In this case, your master data is already available in the shop.
Which data was not transferred to the new shop?
You cannot access your order history in the new shop. This is stored in our ERP system, and could not be transferred to the new shop for technical reasons.
Likewise, no users who have never shopped in the old Webshop have been migrated to the new Webshop.
Is there a B2B function?
Yes.
The new shop enables the central management of addresses and employees for corporate customers who use the Webshop.
This allows a corporate customer to always get an overview of all orders that have been executed by different employees. Convenience functions such as order requests are also available. These advanced functions can be activated if desired.
This comfort function is not immediately available and must be activated once per corporate customer.
